Room and overall area is disgusting. Holes in the walls, busted doors, broken amenities, dirty floors and tweakers and drunks all hours of the night wandering outside around the vehicles and coming in and out of the rooms next door. At this point i wished i never found this place. This place should be reported to the city and be condemned for the nermerous health code violations let alone the massive trash pile by the dumpsters with trash strung out around the area.

I initially reserved a non-smoking unit and I was given a unit that smelled of smoke. It was unbearable. Additionally, there was construction in the next unit that started at 7AM. The staff however was nice enough to switch our rooms.

My reserved room with king size bed was not available due to lack of hot water. I was forced to upgrade to twin bed room with added cost. Other customers were noisy, including their noisy trucks and sport cars. The wall ac/heating unit was also very noisy when running

Yeh the heater and ac for the smoking room was broken , but I already knew that. I canceled my reservation and still haven’t received my full refund as per according to Daisy front desk in Manteca Motel six .. the refund was also acknowledged by hotels.com .. how long do I wait until I get it back ?

Room as outdated. There was mold in several places in the bathroom. Housekeeping was rather stingy with towels. Asked for a few extra towels as we had 4 people in our room, and was rudely told “give me what you want” meaning we had to give them the used ones and were only given the same in return. Forget about an extras for the other people in the room. Also saw a roach crawling on bathroom floor. And finally, we were staying for 2 days but we had to go back to registration to have our room key cards reactivated. No explanation other than “they work now”
