When I first checked in the staff was really rude and not friendly at all. I always go here with my family But this time I went the staff was not it. Never going back ever again. I paid for two rooms and the guy that helped me claimed I only had one room which clearly I had the recipe online that I was charged for two rooms

The coffee machine has been broken for at least a month. Beds are not comfortable. Showers are very small. Rooms with microwave & fridge are significantly more expensive. It’s decent as far as the Motel 6 chain goes. The Westminster North location is the best I’ve been to, I’ve been at far worse locations too.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room was not clean—there was hair in the bed, and both the bedsheets and pillows were stained. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, with hair everywhere, and to make matters worse, it did not have a lock. We were told there would be complimentary coffee available in the main area, but there was none during our stay. Additionally, the pool was dirty and inaccessible, which was another letdown. Overall, cleanliness and basic amenities were lacking, and this stay did not meet expectations.

In a good neighborhood. Fence surrounding property for safe feeling. Asked for extra 2 pillows, the front desk had only one. I found a cleaning staff lady and she very politely said that she could get me a second pillow and bring to our room, which she did and made me feel special. Thank you room lady. If i come back in town i will definitely stay there again. Fast food right next door. Impressed by this Motel 6
