I don't even know where to begin but save your money! First room they gave me it was a absolute disaster. It looks like a prostitute motel there was dirty blankets everything was run down old when I sat on the bed it smelled like pee and I was a livid. The second room was just okay but I still did not sleep inside those blankets I couldn't trust it and it smelled like they tried to cover up a smell with cleaning products and there's holes everywhere just not a good place to stay Expedia definitely did not rate this place properly

Customer service here is garbage. During our stay the smoke detector started beeping at 2 AM due to a low battery. I tried calling the front desk and of course the phones weren’t working, so I removed it from the wall to get some sleep. Unfortunately, I forgot to reattach it the following morning before check out. Then they gave me a call an hour or 2 after we checked out to inform me that they’re charging me $250 for a “health and safety” violation fee because of the smoke detector. I can understand charging maybe $25 to $50 at most, but $250 is just outright predatory. I shouldn’t even have to remove it from the wall to shut it off in the first place, and if anything I realistically should report them to CalOSHA for not maintaining their smoke detectors. The batteries should have never gone that low to begin with, never mind the phones that weren’t working (which they deny). Now I have to submit a charge dispute with my credit card issuer to deal with the inconvenience. Stay clear from this Day’s Inn. They will just look for any excuse to tack on any ridiculous charge that they can.

One of the worst places I have stayed in. Front check in was rude and charged my card twice and said it didn’t go through even though I showed him the transaction on my app. Then charged another card I gave him and after it went through he charged me again! The pool was broken, the breakfast was plain pieces of wheat bread and fruit loops with coffee pots empty. TV in room didn’t work. Freeway next to rooms making noise all night. Bugs in room. Then when checking out the woman refused to give my wife the receipt and I had to argue with the manager who was rude end useless to resolve anything. Don’t stay here as there are many other nice options in the area!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Could definitely use updating. The nightclub across the parking lot parties till 2:00am on weekends. It’s noisy.

The breakfast is just toast, cereals and watered down oj. The rooms was ok but the bathroom was worn, dated and needs attention. Cracked tiles, dirty floors and the bathroom door would not close. The parking lot needs to be relined since they repainted and it’s hard to tell what spots are where. The room stated would be cleaned each day but was not. The trash cans around the property were heaping and had not been empty in awhile.

We stayed here for three nights and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The elevator was out of service at the time and our rooms were on the fourth floor! But not a big deal because health and fitness presented itself, so four flights of stairs we go with three little ones! Got to our rooms and they were decent and clean. The TV in our room didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal because we had plans throughout the day so we weren’t gonna watch any TV, but it would’ve been nice if it was working so we could watch the local news. Our sink was clogged and come to find out there was a leak We didn’t get a chance to try out their breakfast.

It is right next to the freeway and I could not sleep due to the noise when I had a room on the south side. I moved to the north side and it was a little better. However the trash truck ran at 6:30 one morning and 5:30 the next. The 3rd day there was a train blasting it's horns at 3:30. One night the room next door had their TV on loud enough for me to hear as late as midnight. It's an old hotel and a little run down, but hey, it was cheap.

The room was nit cleanedcwjen we arrived. Fir tge 1st 3 night we could not sleep cause of the loud indism party music coming from the restaurant next door but they were full so we couldn't chsnge rooms. Then they charged us a per fee when we MEVER HAD A PET STAY THERE WITH US. 250 dollars plus charged us for used towels cause we cleaned up a slda spill with one if the small towels but they charged us for the big ones. Then were very rude on the phone when i asked sbout the extra chatges and lied anout hearing the animal in our room. HORRIBLE HOTEL WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON YELP 1 STARS ABOUT FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND BED BUGS LAW SUIT
