Convenient location, met basic needs

I booked this trip and loved the location of this hotel! The breakfast was basic with toast, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice & coffee. I was super excited to use the pool & hot tub but it was closed my entire 3 night stay so that was a bit of bummer. Overall, not too shabby.

We had booked this hotel for a week. We stayed about 30 minutes. The reception staff was very good, but this cannot make up for the run down condition of the hotel, the noise level on the "more quiet" area of the hotel, the trickle of water that we could get out of the tub faucet, the pool which had been closed for multiple reasons by the health department or the smell of smoke in our 'non smoking' room. I have yet to see a refund for the remainder of my reservation (they retained a 1 night stay). I was assured by the front desk that this had been processed and to expect a refund within 5 business days - we are now at day 6 and if I don't hear back soon, I will have to follow up with my credit card company.

The rooms were fallomg apart, with peeling paint, holes in furniture and a bad smell in the rooms. The pool was closed by the california health department for unsanitary conditions.

The pool was closed until further notice .. as hot as the days have been no pool was a disappointment and I’m still waiting on my deposit from my room . Hopefully it comes in soon then I will be a happy camper .. other then that the lady at the desk was polite friendly and got my room quick she worked on the 30 th of August at around 9 pm / 9:30 pm kudos to her .. would book a room again

I drove 17 hours from Idaho to go to knotts berry farm and chose this place. Only to be let down the pool and spa were closed to poor maintenance by the hotel. My mattress had the plastic on it which made it noisy. There is a dance hall next to the hotel which play extremely loud music till 3 in the morning so you cant even sleep. Mosquitos were inside my room . There were bums hanging around the property parking spaces which I felt unsafe for me and my daughter. No microwave in room . Rooms were generic nothing special. Will definitely never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was excellent—everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the property itself has some major drawbacks. The rooms are outdated and not well-maintained, and the noise level is rough. The building backs up to a channel and freeway, so you hear traffic all night through the windows and doors. On top of that, the pool and jacuzzi are out of order indefinitely. The hotel is four stories, but only one elevator is working. It’s slow, feels neglected, and even has visible floor damage. The location is convenient, but it’s right in the middle of a busy shopping plaza with two restaurants that blast music and host loud parties until nearly 2 a.m. on weekends. The price was reasonable, but the lack of soundproofing makes it hard to rest. There are also a lot of transients living behind the building and hanging around the parking lot, which adds to the uneasy feeling.

Its ok.

It was good for what we paid. The rooms were clean. My family was a bit stressed by the chart of the cost for replacing items in the room (e.g. stain on sheets $60, a towel$15 etc)... I have young kids...sometimes stains happen. We were on the backside, so the freeway noise wasnt bad, but it was there. The pool was clean and the staff was very nice. Parking was good. The beds were comfortable.
