"When we arrived, the house was not cleaned. When we contacted the manager, he said I forgot and that I could refund you the cleaning fee. This is ridiculous. The heaters were not working, and the thermostat was broken. The house was not inspected after the previous guest left. They took a security deposit of 300, which has not yet been refunded. For this reason, we will mail you a check. We have followed up multiple times with no date in sight. The room heaters are not working. Overall the experience was by far the worst."

"The cabin was just as advertised. It was clean and very cozy, packed with lots of DVDs which we watched all day when we got snowed in 😊. A splendid location - short drive to Leland Snow Play and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort."

"We had a lovely stay with my family ( husband, 2 young kids and grandmother) the cabin is beautiful, well located and well equipped. Particularly loved the attention to details. It's 15m away from dodge ridge ski resort and leland snow play. Note that this property does not have a washer and drier, but there's a wash and dry close by. DO NOT disregard the need for chains in winter. The whole area, including the way to dodge ridge and lelan needs chains ( even if your in a 4WD or AWD, unless you have snow tires) and it'll be difficult to get to the property if you don't have them. I highly recommend this property, our stay was magical"
