This vacation cabin and cabin rental located in Strawberry near Pinecrest, Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is spectacular! If you are looking for a large luxury cabin rental ON THE RIVER we think that you will love this cabin! Located directly on the south fork of the Stanislaus river 30 miles east of Sonora, CA on highway 108. Come once, come for a life time!

A cozy, warm, 100% natural pine, 2500 square foot cabin at an altitude of 5200' with all of the amenities of a modern resort! Fully stocked kitchen, five bedrooms, three bath, family room and kitchen nook. Hardwood floors, granite and marble everywhere! Great for larger families! Also has over 1000 square feet of decks for your outside enjoyment! This cabin is so close to the river you can fish from the deck into our own hole!

Also includes satellite TV in three rooms with big screen TVs in two. In the kids bedroom, there is a separate TV just for video games. There are three decks with chairs and tables plus an industrial gas BBQ. Sits on a super private 3/4 of an acre. Look at the pictures, you will be hard pressed to find another
neighbor!

Our family of 10 spent 5 nights at this great cabin and loved every minute of our stay. Jim was the perfect host, available via text message throughout our stay, helping us survive a power outage and 5’ of snow. The generator kicked in right away and the heaters kept us warm and dry. Jim even came to help shovel us out once the snow stopped. It was a fun adventure!

Jim went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. I took my family up to the snow for the first time and we had the trip of a lifetime. It could not have worked out better. This was a lovely cozy cabin. Nothing fancy, just everything you need and a really cool riverside location. Communication with Jim was also excellent. We happened to be there during a snowstorm, and he was very helpful to make sure we navigated it safely. We’d love to try to go back in the summer :)

The riverfront decks were our favorite place to hang out. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The “luxury“ futon may be a bit of an overstatement but overall the house was great for our family of 11 people.

Seven of us stayed here for a couple of days before a backpacking trip. The house (more than a cabin) was roomy and very comfortable for all of us. The location right on the river was amazing, and we even pulled a couple of trout out of the pool right below the house. White Christmas Family Vacation

Perfect vacation spot for summer or for a white Christmas family vacation. My family stayed for four nights played in the snow. I skated went to Yosemite all centralized enjoyed this day tremendously.
