"We chose this property because the reviews were great. We agree that the front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge was clean and inviting. Our room was in an older part of the hotel on the 2nd floor. Although the room was clean and ok, it was very old and a bit run down."

"Our hotel experience was good. The room was spacious for our family and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was not as great as the reviews we read. We have stayed at many different hotels and we were quite surprised with the very low quality of the breakfast for a very high brand hotel. At least the beds were comfortable so we had a good night sleep."
