Nice property and the included breakfast was nice! Only thing was we booked a room for 4 adults (girls trip) and the beds were full instead of queens. But that was my fault for not reading bed descriptions. I just assumed for 4 adults would be at least 2 queens. Was little tight. But overall a great stay!

The hotel itself is probably worth a 3.5 star review but when the staff and their customer service is 5 plus stars it overshadows everything else. Thank you Ramon for an incredible stay! I hope you get a raise and the young woman training this week is off to a great start, too! :)

In on the advisories the food was good and it was plentiful! We really like the instant pancake maker! Did not care for the rule and all of the signs advising no take away. Sometimes we like to bring our food back to our room to dine or sit outdoors. Most Continental buffets allow this.

We booked an ocean view room but the hotel put us in a room with no view. Said we went through a 3 rd party and they couldn’t honor that. Room was extremely out dated. Staff was friendly. That was about the only redeeming quality of the hotel. The island was beautiful. We will return but stay at a better location.
