The Space

Located in the heart of Soulard’s “island,” the condo puts neighborhood dining, bars, and live music within walking distance, along with Soulard Farmers Market and the Anheuser-Busch Brewery. The Great Grizzly Bear is just steps away and offers sporting-event shuttles; check with the venue for availability and schedules.

Downtown, the Gateway Arch, Cardinals baseball, the Convention Center, and other St. Louis attractions are a short ride away.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE this VRBOPerfect location for all Downtown St Louis places. Perfect parking on dead end street. The apartment itself was AMAZINGGGGGGG.The host was so nice and wonderful to use. We give this place a 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. Plus your above Grizzly Bar that has DELICIOUS food .

We had a wonderful stay at the Top of Geyer! It is such a great property in a popular area. Very close to so many things! The host has thought of everything you may need, even down to a few sound machines and cotton swabs! The host was very communicative and quick to respond if needed. 100% would stay here again.

The apartment was close to everything, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and quiet. The host went above and beyond to help us figure out a way to store our personal belongings ahead of an event we were going to despite it not being time to check-time yet. I highly recommend this property for the location, the space and the host.

What a great location!! We enjoyed food at the Great Grizzly that is located downstairs. The staff is amazing and the owner made sure to come and greet us while we were there. We had breakfast at Cafe Miami which is only a 5 minute walk. Everything in the VRBO was as described and very comfortable. We would definitely book again.

Nice apartment in downtown

This is a lovely stay in downtown. There are a few casual restaurants within a few blocks and a nice dog park a few blocks away as well. The property has a lot of stairs to access it so be prepared for that.

Wonderful cozy location in Soulard

What a great place. Cozy and roomy at the same time and the location could not be more perfect. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely be back. A great place to bring your pets, complete with treats. Bonnie and the management team were super responsive and took care of every little detail and were always available.
