Excellent check in. Good location. Nice room with very comfortable bed and large TV. The only problem was the outlet in bathroom did not work. The indoor pool looked great and had a couple of families enjoying it when we checked in. We changed and put on swimsuits and put our toes into very cold water. We did not swim. Breakfast was good. I had biscuits and gravy and my partner had a waffle. The dining area was clean and the food good.

Check-in was smooth, however the online pictures are deceiving and the property is run down, rooms need a serious upgrade but to be fair, they are currently renovating the common areas. A/C units outdated. Linens stained in one of our double queen beds. Ice machine was out of order. Overall, it’s a place to lay your head then leave.

The redeeming factor that keeps this from being 1 star was the size of the pool for the kids. The common spaces and rooms were not clean or well maintained. The door between rooms didn't lock properly. It smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere. The mini fridge was rusty. The carpeting throughout the property was filthy. We were given 2 towels for 3 people on our reservation. The kiddie pool was closed and empty of water. Breakfast was incredibly sparse and the space was dirty.
