Hands down the best staff! From check in to check out, the staff was so friendly and welcoming! Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Great options and something different each morning! If you are looking for a great place and great value, definitely stay here!

Great location for anything St Louis in town (easy drive) and for enjoying Chesterfield (which is a great area). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Construction occurring, but it really didn’t bother us at all. Great price.

Our stay was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had some options not seen at other places. Only downside was the parking. A bit cramped because of addition to hotel being built. I am sure once this is completed parking will be adequate.

They are doing some renovating so the parking lot is a complete disaster area and the room smelled like Sheetrock dust. The lady at the front desk acts like she doesn’t want to be there and she will hardly lift a finger to help anyone much less actually get off her chair to get anything for the guests. Beds:comfy. Breakfast: decent. Room: clean (except for the dust in the air) and quiet. Staff: not great. Parking: gravel.

Oddly, a bad experience. I normally don’t write reviews but this one warrants one. The room layout is the oddest I have seen (104). The bathroom sink drains slow, the shower is insanely low pressure, front office unfriendly during check in. Add construction and a low quality breakfast.

All staff, from the front desk to room service to breakfast staff, were great. Friendly and accommodating. There is some construction going on at the hotel, but other than shrinking the parking lot a bit, it didn't bother us at all. Would stay again for sure!
