The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town.

Although many rooms were being repaired, it looked like they were removing carpet and putting new flooring in a little bit noisy. But given that it will update the rules, it was not an inconvenience and shows that they care about Keeping the hotel updated and clean

His staff was unbelievably.\n Helpful.\n My situation was very difficult as I had just lost my husband and sold my home and was basically staying in a hotel. Until my housing was worked out. I had somehow booked the wrong date through a third party and couldn't get my refund back right away. Staff went ahead and let me stay in my room until A couple hours went by, and it was posted\n The kindness I will never forget. And I really needed that in the moment.\n Where can I express how appreciative and grateful? I am with that particular staff member whose name I don't know. But she knows who she is, and I will forever remember her.The hotel was always clean.Breakfast was great and appreciated.All other staff was kind as well

Facility was adequate but had old decor and stale smell in the room. Everything needs to be refurbished, like room carpet, doors, bathroom floor, furniture. The second floor ice machine looked like it hasn't worked for a long time and should be removed. Overall, it served the purpose for the booking. It provided a bed and bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker. I think there was a microwave but I didn't need to use it.

Poor condition overall. Very worn with damage to carpet, curtains, bathroom. Artwork removed from walls with fixtures left bare. Air condition unit appeared very unclean and smelled musty/ moldy. This property is in need of SERIOUS UPDATING . We could feel particles on the sheets when we got into the bed. We found what appeared to be crumbs perhaps as well as several strands of hair ( not ours) made us wonder if the sheets had actually been laundered to begin with. Disturbing for sure.
