When myself and my mom arrived to our room we noticed a discolored circle on the ground what ended up being throw up and the room was extremely hot throughout the night. When I went down to ask for a room change I was just told I wouldn’t be charged for the mess on the ground and was not able to change rooms or to get any type reimbursement.

The rooms are what you expect for la Quinta. It was clean and the staff was friendly. For that I would rate it a five. My main complaint is they do not follow health department requirements for their breakfast. Everything is unplugged 1/2 before breakfast ends and just sits there getting to cold. Serf sav classes teach the importance of time and temperature for food and the many illnesses you can get from good left at room temperature for to long.so the only thing hot that is safe to eat is the waffles.

The place smelled like dirty wet dog as soon as we walked in, the elevator did not work, only 1/2 keys worked, and the Wi-Fi was spotty and was unable to be used for a few hours, and only 1 outlet was working.

To start off, elevator was broken. We were assigned on third floor, so you can imagine as a tourist how exhausting it was to carry the baggage. When we got the room and inspected, it was dirty. The shower was filthy and full of hairs. We went downstairs to inform the staff, and they moved us to an "upgraded" room. It was worse. There was a lot of trash under the couch, the restroom was worse. It was not clean. The toilet seat was black,mirror was dirty. Unfortunately, it was that dirty we showered in crocs. The bed sheets were all stained. Bad enough for us, that all prices at that point had gone up drastically, so we had no choice, but to stay. If you are even thinking about La Quinta, please do not go there. Standars are extremely poor, and unfortunately, the facility is very ran down. Roofs looked like they were going to collapse on you. Despite the painting over the mold, you could literally still see it. Bad experience in general.
