We will never return here. Our stay-cation/ granddaughter's 10th bday was a disaster.indoor pool was not open. I spent hours looking for the perfect place to book a room. Several hotels whose indoor pools were closed had a line thru pool so you would know it was not available. This hotel did not. I was not able to get refunded or transfer to another Holiday inn.

There was hair in the shower, I was told there wasn’t shuttle parking when we arrived but when I booked it said there was, I was told i didn’t have to pay for parking then when I came in to show them my receipt for the uber (was told I’d be compensated) I was then told my car would’ve been towed if I left since I didn’t pay for parking (was told the evening before by staff I only had to pay after 8days of parking). Will never be returning to this facility.

The problem was that we booked because of the ability to park our car while we fly on vacation. They told us when we got there that they did not have a shuttle driver till after noon. Not to worry that if we take an uber they would reimburse us. ( they did not). Then when we got back from vacation and called to have the shuttle pick us up. I was told take an uber and they would reimburse us when we got to the hotel. ( they did not). I was told on the phone that their shuttle was supposed to run till midnight but the driver left at 10:50.
