            The staff was great in all departments encountered. In my room, the faucet was very loose about to fall off. I threw the tissue box cover in the garbage. It was dropped and had a sharp crack line across top that could cut your finger. Showed both to Housekeeping Supervisor and it was corrected asap. Bathroom floor was too cold to stand on. She got me a bathmat to use. The food selection has gone down alot since my first visit. Didn't like the cheese omolette. I went to the front desk twice to report unsafe possible slip and fall in front of ice machine. All the ice that fell on floor had melted. If you come around the corner steering out the window you could slip and fall. They eventually put a towel down on floor. I needed a late check-out and I was able to stay until 1pm due to my late flight. Also liked the 2 comp bottled water at the front desk at check-in.

            The property is in dire need of a renovation. A renovation started the day I left for the 5th and 6th floors. Carpet worn which presented a major trip hazard. My guest even mentioned it before I saw it. Room smelled of mold as soon as you entered and chest of drawer. Mold on ceiling of bathroom. Carpet in room badly stained. Desk chair had two red stains could be blood?? Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Woke up with a backache daily. Did white glove check of the room and found dust. Elevators not cleaned at all and public space trash can not emptied timely.

            Quality Suites was surprisingly cozy but can use a little TLC. The pool and pool area were a little dirty and the filter did not seem to work which was disappointing. The gym lacked much equipment and the breakfast was not the best. The eggs had no taste and the sausage needed to be cooked and browned a little more. I liked the fact that the rooms were big and fit a big size family.
