Check in was smooth, but there was only 1 out of 4 elevators working. The shower head was broken. Water was coming out of everywhere from the shower head. I held the comforter up and you can see through the comforter. It looked moldy inside or it could have been a REALLY old comforter. It looked gross enough for me not to use it. The Rug wasn't vacuumed completely. FEEDBACK: monthly shower checkups, get new comforters based on how long you've had them.

Seeing is believing, rooms and walkways no upkeep, rat feces or human under toilet seat, i wont post pictures. unexpected and unacceptable , seems like specific rooms for certain visitors.

Staff was friendly & helpful, lobby was beautiful and theb you get off the elevator and feel like you just stepped into a different hotel. It is very worn and dated BUT clean. The pillows were awful and I thought it was strange in the middle of winter there was no comforter, not even a blanket in the closet. It was in a great location, only stayed the night.

Yes, the room was clean, the staff we interacted with was excellent, and the burger we ordered from the bar downstairs was excellent. It was actually quite unexpected for it be so delicious. We were going to order it again the next night but since they were hosting a new years event, the regular menu wasn’t available. This is a central location and everything you’d need it fine minutes in either direction. We’d definitely boom again.
