Their accessible washrooms are not accessible. There’s no walk in shower, the toilet is big enough for a child that’s it and the bars to assist you getting up and down are not located in the proper positions. I would not recommend the location.

The facility is a bit dated but they have an excellent staff, the breakfast is good, they give a Shepler’s Ferry discount. I wished the system was updated where tipping could be done electronically- so please bring cash to tip the service folks. This hotel is not next to the lake. It’s across a busy road from the lake.

The hustle and bustle down at the breakfast buffet was ridiculous They were out of most of the stuff when we went down there and we did not get there late. Wait too small for the amount of people that you have going there to eat. Besides that we Liked the room.

Upon arrival, we felt very unsafe, the door to the room did not latch evenly, the mattress was literally crusty, the room smelled moldy, and there was food shoved in the AC vent. We didn't even want to set our bags down. It seriously looked like a place you would catch bedbugs. When we walked in, the beds we unmade. We reported to the staff that we couldn't stay in the room, and by that point we were so icked out, we didn't want to stay there at all, regardless of the room. The night manager said she would put a note and refund us. When we got home, we found there was no refund, and every time I have tried to contact them through Expedia or directly, they hang up on me. Stay far away from this "Lodge" that is barely a motel

Accommodations were very nicely done and comfortable. Need to brush down spider webs outside doors especially Room 3. Active spiders there. My nephew is very tall and ran into them last night entering the room. Very nice rooms.

Very clean with a lot of admenities (pool, fire pit, shuffle board). Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Definitely check out “Johnnies on the 2” for dinner, especially their fried mushrooms, salads, and corn beef & cabbage. We would stay here again.

I love to thw whole setting. The rooms could have been a little cleaner tile at entey of door inside was broken with a piece missing which was a little unsafe for feet carpet could use a cleaning mattress was ripped down the side but for thw price i would be back loved the pool and hot tub breakfast was great had 2 firw pits to use ..
