Hotel is in a decent location and it is clean. Lake and Mackinaw Island views from the room are nice too. The property is old however and could use some updating particularly the lakeside (peeling trim, etc.).

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake and sunrise in the morning. Was perfect for our weekend stay and they have a free shuttle which picks you up and brings you to the Mackinac island Ferry which was perfect.

Nice hotel in St Ignace. Older hotel, that is still being remodeled. The staff was very nice! Breakfast menu is limited, but good. A beach right outside your door fir kids to play on or a nice walk. Highly recommended

Staff was exceptional! Room and hallways were very clean and neat! Continental breakfast included eggs/sausage, pancakes in addition to cereals, bagels, muffins—Very adequate. Lakeside room view of sunrise was amazing! Easy shuttle access to ferry. Very pleasant for two adults.

Our room was clean albeit a bit worn. The hotel shows a lot of wear: worn carpeting, musty odors; broken hot tub in a very worn pool area. The breakfast was good if you could get in. The breakfast room was way too small for the number of guests staying there. There were lines waiting to get into the room so we went out for breakfast on two mornings.

This was a wonderful stay for my family. We were able to have 6 in one room with three queen beds. One of the beds was separated. The pool, 2 hot tubs and sauna were wonderful. Staff we extremely kind and helpful. It also had game play for the casino you could receive each day of your stay. The shuttle could take you back and forth.

I’m not even sure how or why this place has good reviews. Not only was the property run down, the staff was rude and the bedding was dirty. I would advise you to literally stay at any other property. I thought for approx $250 that this was a middle of the road place to stay but I was sadly mistaken.
