Golden by name, golden by nature

The Golden Sands Hotel is the most aptly named hotel I know. St Brelades Bay is golden and gorgeous, and the hotel is in a fine position right on the promenade. The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble, and the food is amazing.

The hotel is in an incredible position overlooking the beach. The rooms are nice although in part a little dated. However, this is not a concern given the stunning location and it would not put me off staying again. The staff and very nice and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy St Brelades Bay. The staff are fantastic and the hotel is clean, comfortable and has lovely food. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

We l have been to golden sands for the past five years. Staff are wonderful, setting amazing and a convenient bus service. But we are starting to find the cost of the accommodation is getting more expensive. We were on the 4th floor and the room we had really needed upgrading. We haven’t eaten in the hotel other than breakfast. Lovely as it was it got very costly.

We haven’t been to the Goldensands for a couple of years. It was always lovely, but now it has had a bit of a make over, it is even more lovely. Friendly staff, can’t beat the location. We will be back!!!

A beautiful view overlooking a stunning beach. The room was lovely and the staff couldnt do enough for you. All staff were polite and courteous. The food was amazing in particular the Sunday Roast and the breakfasts. We would highly recommend and cant wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for making it an exceptional holiday!
