The first room had a broken tv and broken phone. They put me in a different room. That room reeked of cigarettes and had burn holes on the sheets

Great staff greeting, room heated well on the coldest weekend in over a decade. Major rust area in bathroom tub, vanity light burned out, and fire detector was buzzing loudly. Detector removed by maintenance promptly by request, but not replaced during visit.

The beds were super comfortable and the staff was really nice. The rooms were a bit dingy, looked like the chair had never been vacuumed off ever and like they don’t move anything when they vacuum or sweep. The water pressure was really good and nice hot water. Ceiling fan did not work but that was okay because we needed the moisture in the room. Bathroom sink was clogged, desk light didn’t work and DO NOT PAY FOR UPGRADED SNACKS, you won’t get them. The mini fridge is a nice size but no freezer to re-freeze your freezer packs. We were there for 5 nights so we had food to bring back.
