receptionist at checkin (Wyatt) could not confirm rate I was quoted at when i made reservations - instead told me i had a "variable" rate every nite - but could not explain "why" -- i had a email confirmation of a specific nightly rate -- still don't know how they came up with a VARIABLE rate at the hotel check in -- checkin receptionist did not know what he was doing --needs more training
a "Popcorn smell " was throughout the hotel -- into my room
my wifi was not working when i got to the room -
at breakfast next morning -- there were no tea bags provided -- nor hot water available for me to use my own Tea Bags -
I asked server for decaf coffee - and she said there was none pre-made -- that i had to make my own -- and pointed to a small coffee pot on another counter on the opposite side of the room from where the rest of food and "regular" coffee was LOCATED
children were running through halls & dogs barking -- very noisy til after midnight -- going to sleep was not possible
very disappointed in this la quinta location - i've stayed at other la quinta inns - and never had such horrible service and lack of cleaniness --
AND i checked in on the 10th of october NOT the 9th; and left on the 11th - not the 16 -- as stated in this email FROM YOU
MY ORIGINAL RESERVATIONS WERE FOR THE 10TH - 17TH -- BUT LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LACK OF CLEANLINESS AND BAD ATTITUDE AND TRAINING OF STAFF
