Our stay at the Fairfield Northampton was great. The room and all common areas were clean. Housekeeping came and made the beds, replenished towels and toiletries with care while we were out. Location was close the downtown with shops and eateries and a 20 minute drive from UMass. The complimentary breakfast and pool was a highlight of our stay. The staff was all super friendly. We look forward to staying again for any our future UMass visits.

We stopped for an overnight and quick bike ride. When we arrived it was mid 90s..too hot to ride and the hotel let us check in early! Room was large and comfortable..bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Since we were biking in the morning, we checked out and they allowed us to leave car in hotel lot until later. Very close to the Manhan RailTrail.

We didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast, but the hotel staff were absolutely AMAZING! Incredibly accommodating when we had to check in and check out as we added a night on. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and that was a pleasant surprise! This has been our second stay at a Fairfield Inn and we will definitely be back
