Staff was courteous and housekeeping was great. However pool and hot tub were out of order, one of the main reasons i booked the room. The toilet paper was the lowest quality I've encountered. And the tv remote guide function did not work. In fact the remote struggled to function at all.

They staff put me and my family in the basement! I asked why they had done that and they said the other rooms were all taken. But I had booked my room many months prior. The pool AND hot tub were both out of service. The man at the front desk told me we wouldn't have any windows too. So that was terrible! And that food was definitely NOT fresh! It tasted like it had been reheated several times. I hated it.

We checked in late. Kid at the front desk seemed annoyed. Not welcoming at all. Room wasn't very clean. Checked for bed bugs and noticed a bunch of dirt and hair behind the mattress. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom smelled like old urine. Furniture was old and worn. Pretty sure desk chair was broken. My husband about fell backwards out of it. Definitely not worth the price. However, the location was convenient. Won't stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of the pool; however, when we got there, there was a sign on the pool door indicating it was closed for maintenance. Front desk staff did not advise this of the closure at check in or during a phone call 3 days prior to arrival, nor was it posted on any hotel website. We would have chosen a different hotel had we known ahead of time that the pool would be closed as this was the primary reason for our stay.

The room was clean and acceptable. Breakfast was good. But the fact the pool area was closed ruined our honeymoon. We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. The fact that we were not informed of this until we arrived to the building kind of feels like false advertisement. Along with the fact that the review picture is of the pool and not the hotel itself makes it all the more ridiculous. I could have easily booked one of the numerous other hotels in the area with an indoor pool but feel like I was lied to by them not having a simple message on their website or in the numerous emails leading up until our stay. Would not stay again.
