Rooms with ocean charge you a premium price for a tiny room that is old and not really the cleaniest. Then we switched to a suite with full kitchen and living space which was nice but cheaper then ocean view and no money was returned. Staff was helpful but hotel Could use some paint and upgraded furniture for the cost.

Super close to the beach. They kept our luggage for free the day of our early arrival and the day we left so we can enjoy the beach. They gave us access to the heated pool for free the whole day we checked out since our flight was at 9pm. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very ideal if you are going to be porting but also even if you want a getaway literally walking distance from the beach several restaurant are within walking distance and the pier is within walking distance. Now when I say walking distance the beach 1 min if you walk 20 seconds if you run.. The Pier 4 mins it’s the perfect location

The positive: Great location near the pier (less than five minute walk), beach, restaurants and Publix (all walking distance). The free continental breakfast was decent with pancakes, waffles, eggs, etc. The negative: rooms were a little rundown and outdated. Our toilet overflowed the last day (like so bad it flooded into the kitchen area) and though we reported it multiple times to staff no one seemed to be concerned. We waited over two hours until checkout and no one ever came to deal with it.

Check in and hotel staff were great. Printed lists of things to do and local restaurants, as well as map of the area. Could hear noise from outside and neighboring room very easily. Rooms clean, but older. Overall good experience. Pool is warm and outdoor patio area and games was great!

The room was clean and was a good stay for one night waiting to leave out on a cruise. We were in one of the older 2 story "motel like" rooms. It was very noisy with people rolling their luggage on the sidewalk in front of the door, as well as we could hear people walking around above us.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have had in my 40 years of travel. The Best Western in Port Canaveral was in extremely poor condition. Both rooms assigned to us had a musty odor, visible fruit flies inside, and roaches observed outside the rooms. The bed sheets were not clean, and in one room the toilet was nonfunctional. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were unacceptable and raised serious concerns regarding health and safety. I would strongly advise anyone who values their well-being to avoid staying at this location. Fortunately, our stay was very brief, approximately six hours, but the experience was still deeply disappointing.
