Wonderful place

It's right on the ocean. You can hear the waves from the cute patio. We spent a lot of time there just relaxing and listening to the waves. The rest of the place was very nice. Clean and well designed. Would definitely rent again

No surprises, good stay

The place was clean, quiet with a nice pool and on a nice part of the beach. The style of the exterior reflects that it is an older building, but it was clean and very well kept. I think it was a good value at its price point. The pool was never crowded even with perfect weather. It was walking distance from many restaurants. It fit us well for a quickly planned trip.

Great stay on the Cocoa Coast

The condo was perfect for what we needed. We were there for an event that was being hosted down by Ron Jons Surf Shop and it was an easy walk or drive each day. Teh property was clean, spacious and well appointed. We walked out our back door and onto the beach each morning to enjoy sunrise. Sitting on the back porch listing to the waves while winding down the day with a glass of wine was great.
