Very clean. Unlike several "motels" on 28 in s. Yarmouth this one felt like the owners cared about their property and wanted repeat visitors.

I stayed in the cottage. It was absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable and spacious. All the comforts of home. Will go back. Entire property well groomed and quiet. Breakfast was excelent too. Pool very clean too.

This is an older motel style inn but very quaint and updated/maintained. Breakfast was sufficient, everything clean and bed comfortable. Pillows were a little hard. Floors were hard wood and room spacious

Nice stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Nice pool. Ice cream shop next door . On main street, but had a room a little further back which limited the noise. Only complaint was that there were 2 of us in the room and only 1 Regular Keurig coffee cup. Thought I would go to the lobby to ask for another but no one was on the property.. Lobby hours 7:30 am till 10 am. Left early so did not partake in the breakfast, just wanted 2 cups of coffee...

We were disappointed overall. The bed in our room was awful and we were not able to sleep throughout the nights. They use YouTube TV and ours did not work throughout the first night say too many users were using the license. The room was small and did not have enough electrical outlets. The bathroom had nowhere to put stuff again small. The breakfast was not worth going to. On the positive side area was quiet, unit was clean and the owner Chris seemed nice. It was a 2 day getaway for my wife and I without family, grandkids etc. and although days were good nights were just not because of the bed. I guess this was just not our cup of tea.

This place is ADORABLE! My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for a wedding and im so happy we chose this place. The rooms are decorated so well, and the breakfast was great. A cute place that I will definitely be back to in the future. The owner was also a really nice guy!

Great escape to the Escape Inn

So glad I decided to book here. Cute inn, close to everything. Bed was very comfortable. I initially booked 2 nights but slept so well the first night we added another day to our trip. So glad there was a room available for us to extend our trip. Owner was pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are a good size, nicely decorated. Bathrooms are a little on small side but shower had nice strong water pressure. Even though its on the main road it's very quiet at night. Pool is very clean with plenty of seating with nicely kept flower beds. Price was good for summer on Cape Cod. Will definitely be back again and again.

Ice cream place right next door. Ten mins drive or less from a lot of restaurants. Room was nice and spacious. Clean pool! The owner was so nice and accommodating. We got there early and he let us use the pool while waiting for check in. He also made sure the room was first to be cleaned first so we can check in sooner. Will def come again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the escape inn! Our room was a great size and very clean. We felt cozy and our baby had tons of room to run around and play. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is spotless. It’s also very quiet and a short walk from some of the best ice cream. The owner is extremely nice and helped my husband surprise me with flowers and champagne for our anniversary! It was very much appreciated! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a wonderful little getaway!

Cape Cod in your pocket!

The property is newly renovated. Just like staying in a little cape cod cottage of your own. Clean, comfortable and every little amenity was there. Decorated with perfection. Clean wood floors, bed outfitted with the loveliest linens! Quiet, cozy, friendly. Close to everything and priced just right.Pool area is gorgeous and so clean! A little bit of Cape Cod in your pocket. Staff was friendly and efficient. Easy parking too! Breakfast included and welcoming outdoor areas to enjoy! Loved this place. Will stay again.Exceptional hotel!
