We had a wonderful stay here! The house has been nicely furnished and was very spacious for our family of eight. We especially appreciated all the extras like beach towels, nice linens, and great kitchenware. An extra plus was being within walking distance of the ocean. Julie was so well organized and a great hostess. We definitely hope to be back next year!

Good location, quite neighborhood

Overall the house had what we needed. Everything was outdated but functional. We had trouble with the heat, does not seem to be functioning as it should.

July 4th getaway!

We had a family vacation down to Yarmouth. The house was perfect located 1/4 mile from Skull Island (Mini golf, driving range, go carts and arcade). We were 3/4 mile from public beach. If you plan on frequenting the beach get a beach pass for your car. We also had Skippers Restaurant across from beach. It was a very nice and welcoming neighborhood. Plenty of space and beds. Julie was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great overall experience!
