Would be happy to go back again.

This is an older motel that has been completely redone. Lovely linens and very clean. Good variety of food for breakfast. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful.

I wish that the staff explained that housekeeping does visit your room during your stay. If you need linens you had to go to the office and ask for clean towels etc. I don’t know what you are to do when your trash can gets filled because no one asked if we needed it emptied. We were there for 5 days and 4 nights. Staff were very nice.

The owners do not clean the room daily. Limited soap and towels etc. They only clean it if you are there over 7 days. We left before the final night and stayed in another hotel. Who would ever stay here over 7 days. Simply a poor beach motel with saggy mattresses. I the room had a bad odor.

The Ocean Breeze Motel is a great choice for those visiting the South Yarmouth area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a well maintained pool and plenty of parking. The staff was so accommodating. The continental breakfast was very nice. It was only a five minute walk to the closest beach. I would definitely stay there again!!

Absolutely lovely place! A less than 5 minute walk to a serene beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful and there were grocery stores, restaurant a, and ice cream a short drive away (some restaurants walking distance)

We spent our first vacation here and it was a nice stay. I would recommend bringing towels because their towel exchange is one for one. Other than that great time and nice, safe, convenient place to stay. The pool was great. Very very clean.

Great, clean, convenient motel

We came to visit the Cape and we really enjoyed the location and restaurants near the motel. The owners very very sweet and it’s kept in really nice condition with bright white and blue colors. We would definitely stay there again. If you have a young baby that cries I’d pick a different place for your stay since the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor sneeze. But if you’re respectful it’s a wonderful place. They also have an assortment of different types of breads, coffee, tea, and orange juice in the morning, which was nice to get your day started. It felt European to me!
