"We ended up checking out & did not stay at this property. The reviews were deceiving & property condition was much lower than expected. We had issues with no TV remote & our key cards wouldn't work, even after changing them out. The door latch was very loose & didn't feel secure. The exception was that staff was very friendly & helpful but we decided to stay elsewhere. "

"Staff was nice, room smelt horrible like smoke, all of our belongings stink, our kids asthma got so bad in this "non-smoking" room, sheets with stains, there was pee all over the toilet and shampoo grime on the bath tub with light bulbs unscrewed as if someone else had been staying there."

Only complaint is that I did find two hairs in my oatmeal 😅 unfortunately we didn’t have time to check out the pool or gym but if it was as clean as the rest of the hotel then I’m sure they were excellent. We also really enjoyed the bedding, the blanket was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel"
