My wife and I are renting our furnished 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home in Skaneateles for summer short term lease. The home is on E Elizabeth St. just across from Skaneateles High School. Our ideal renter could move in June 28th until August 9th (6 weeks) but other terms may be negotiable. The home is on a 1/2 acre lot and is 1600 sq. ft. including a 2 car garage, 1500 sq. ft. unfinished basement, front porch, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, office, back yard and deck, and is a 10 minute walk to downtown Skaneateles, bustling with shops, restaurants and picturesque views of Skaneateles Lake. The house has high speed wifi already installed and ready to go. Nearby is also all Skaneateles Central Schools, as well as Austin Park and the Skaneateles YMCA. Syracuse-Hancock International Airport is 30 minutes away along with Syracuse University. The home is fully furnished and ready to move in immediately. The perfect upstate getaway for the summer months!
