This recently renovated apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. It also has a bathroom with a shower.

The cozy living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV, also has an integrated kitchen and is equipped with everything you need for your stay (refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine...).

From the living room and the secondary bedroom, you have access to the private patio where you will find a good place to relax with complete privacy in the center of Sitges.

The property features ducted air conditioning and heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Just steps from the beach and the center of Sitges, full of restaurants and shops.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
- A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival of the guest, payable by credit card.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
