Sitges Spaces Deluxe Center Apartment enjoys a fantastic location in the center of Sitges surrounded by all the shops and beaches of the town but at the same time on a relatively quiet street protected from the noise at night. It is a newly renovated property whose space has been optimized to the maximum, leaving a very comfortable and charming apartment! It offers a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed in addition to a sofa that also converts into a bed for one person. It enjoys wonderful natural that always helps contribute to the good energy of the house.

The living / dining / kitchen space has an 'open' layout giving a visual impact of plenty of space as soon as you open the door. The living room also has a sofa bed for two people allowing the apartment to accommodate a total of up to 4 people with great comfort thanks to the optimization of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The bathroom is very modern and tastefully decorated and has a large walk-in shower affording great comfor for daily preparation.

One of the most important advantages of the apartment is its terrace, which is always a welcome element in an apartment, offering a great space for relaxation and outdoor dining, especially in the warmer weather months, which is most of the year in Sitges!

The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating ensuring an ideal temperature at any time of the year!

Sitges Spaces Deluxe Center Apartment is a PERFECT accommodation for couples, friends and a small families looking for a central location in order to enjoy all of Sitges 'on foot' without sacrificing the comforts of a modern and tastefully decorated apartment!

For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
