Laundry was excellent. Thank you. Front desk staff very helpful. Room fine with good kitchen as well as an excellent size room for two persons. Room needed another chair. Breakfast was terrible because the food was just reheated and tasted very bland. Nice fruit. Thanks for a pleasant 3days in Sioux Falls.

We stayed in a 2br suite with a pup. Everything was clean and convenient. Front staff was nice and welcoming. They even gave us a treat for our pup! Would highly recommend!

Room did not smell pleasant when we arrived. I thought it may be due to not being used for a while. Cleaned and sanitized surfaces. Next morning opened cabinet under the sink found trash can full of old food. Let outside the door and told front desk. They had someone get it before we returned that evening. Things could have been worse.

The room was good but the air conditioning had something with it. There was a horrific smell when we checked in and I told staff then they sprayed some deodorant. It did not help and was all through the night. We couldn’t change rooms because they were full. We received the most minimal of credits for staying in a room with an a/c until leaking something. Very disappointed.
