This property was gross they had roaches they put me in a crappyy part of the hotel and I paid for a king suite I got a queen crapt hole there was stuff hanging off the smoke alarm it was just bad I'll never be returning here again I don't think anyone should

The employees arguing, outside appears empty, on checkout morning we were loading car at 9am and employee was already in our room nosing around we wasn't even done loading yet. She went into another room and people were still there taking showers. Check out wasn't until 11am. Breakfast was very limited. Room was clean

The location and comfort was fine. However, the place needed a clean-up in general. Mold in a few places, pool down for remodeling and we weren't informed. Breakfast was ok, plus an interior garden to walk and enjoy.

Pool is closed, breakfast bar was hardly edible. And the room looked nothing like its picture. Was very dark and gloomy. My kitchenette consisted of a kureg on top of a microwave on top of a mini fridge. The electrical outlet by the bed had an electrical adapter on it, and the outlet itself wasnt even attached to the wall. I think the person before me spilt something on the floor cause there was a wet spot. The hotel needs a complete renovation is the best I can say.and sound dampening. I heard every noise my neighbors made. The staff were the 1 good part of this stay. They were very friendly.

My room the carpet felt like it was wet the toilet wouldn’t flush went to the front desk no one was there as the toilet stopped working as I was leaving. Trash in bags in the hall way smelled of cigarette smoke and weed in the hallway burn holes in the blankets. And when I arrived there was a child just running around not sure who he belonged to

I would not recommend staying here. The room we were given was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The sink would back flow overtime you ran the water. We had to brush our teeth with a water bottle. To make matters worse, there was obvious drug dealing and shady activity going on outside at night, which made us feel unsafe. People were leaving the back door of the hotel propped open. We had the room at the very end next to the door as could here all this activity go on ALL NIGHT LONG. We ended up leaving the room at 1am and driving to a safe place to sleep in our car. The pool was also closed and under construction—a major amenity we expected to use and that was never disclosed at booking. Check-in was also unpleasant; the staff seemed disorganized. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not worth the money.

Staff was grest but first 5hey checked us into an already occupied room. New room light bulbs we burned ol, but clean and friendly staffut and toilet was plugged 🔌 and wouldn't flush. She would give us a new room if we wamted to, but she got the toilet to flush very slowly and we didn't want to move every, too late at night

After check-in, which took a long time, we found out the pool was closed. That was disappointing. The room was okay, beds are comfy. The walls need touch-ups and the toilet ran at night. We slept ok and the breakfast was nice, lots of options. The room was pretty quiet. There were stains on the carpet and some carpet torn in one spot. It looks like they're doing some renovations, but no signs are up informing customers. As we did a final sweep to check for forgotten items, I noticed the mattress protector on one bed had gotten pulled out and had dried feces on it. Or what looked like feces. It was totally disgusting and we were grossed out. There was nobody at the front desk so we didn’t tell the staff. We should have taken the refund when she offered at check out and stayed somewhere else. Only reason I gave some stars was the bed were comfortable and the free breakfast was decent. Had we seen the feces on the mattress protector prior to check-out we would not have stayed.
