The room itself was very nice. The bathroom needs to be updated/foxed/cleaned—bathroom door frame all cracked at the bottom, door handle fell off. Shower has black mould on the inside all around the bottom and outside of the shower door. Not really suitable for guest paying for this hotel but we did not have time to change the hotel as it was a short stay.

The location is truly excellent, with all the museums and landmarks within walking distance, which we appreciated. However, our room was on the second floor, and it could get quite noisy at times because of the street traffic and passersby, especially since the windows aren't double-glazed. We also noticed a stain on the bed sheet and the wall, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—especially the team at the front desk in the evening and morning, who made us feel welcomed. Our room was cozy and well-organized, and everything was in working order. Overall, we really loved our stay and appreciated the warmth and dedication of the staff.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, busy outside, but very quiet in the room. The air conditioning was appreciated. I liked getting a text to ask if we needed the room cleaned. Excellent service. I would highly recommend a stay here!

L'hotel était très bien situé. Parfait pour visiter Séville à pied, environ 10 min. de la cathédrale et de l'Alcazar. Beaucoup de restaurants autour. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y avait un restaurant sympathique et pas dispendieux à 1 min. de l'hôtel nommé: la Mala Brunch.

La chambre n’était pas prête à 14:00 tel que convenue, à notre arrivé et nous avons due attendre plus d’une heure pour celle-ci alors que nous n’avions pas dormi depuis plus de 24 heures. La réceptionnistes l’est quand même dévouée à essayé de faire accélérer les choses, sans succès mais bon!! La chambre était toutefois super bien, le lit hyper confortable, l’eau chaude et le jet de douche fantastique!! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Séville, en plein centre historique à côté d’un bon petit restaurant pour le déjeuner et à proximité de l’action. Je recommande vivement ce joli hôtel.
Le déjeuner œufs bénédictines, juste en sortant à droite de l’hôtel! Un vrai délice!
Un petit dîner d’huître et cava!! Miammm!!

Excellent location, friendly staff, received free bottle of Cava and coffee pods/tea, walkable to the centre of Seville. The microwave in the kitchenette was useful (no hob/oven). Very clean and there was an option each day for cleaning/restocking or not. Good contact using WhatsApp.

It was good but a few little tweaks are needed

The place is nice and check in was easy and packed away a little to the side which is really great for noise wise. But the beds were not comfortable and did not have fitted sheets for some reason so we had to fiddle with them constantly so we weren’t sleeping on an old mattress cover. I would recommend them getting new mattresses or at least a fitted sheet..
