I'm giving 5 stars because I think this stay was one of the best I ever had from a value for money point of view. We loved the shower room and the size of the suite. We can't find that in hotels at a similar price point. The staff were always very kind, they gave us a lot of tips about places to go in the city, and the communication via WhatsApp was great. I just think the quality of some stuff is not at the same level as the facility, for example, the towels could have better quality, and the bed was too soft in my opinion. Also, if you have light sleep, this might not be the place for you; there was noise from the street all the time, it wasn't an issue for us, but it can bother some people.

Great central location, bed was comfortable but unfortunately there were problems - there was a very bad drain smell coming from the bathroom, which had no door to separate it from the bedroom, so the smell infiltrated the room. There were also signs of black mould on the wall and curtains. When I pointed this out to staff they were unable to move us to a different room, but did sort out the mould on the wall and replace the curtain. The smell however remained. For this reason I wouldn't return there.

I had a lovely stay at Welldone Sierpes Boutique. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Seville, with all the main attractions, shops, and great places to eat just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The reception staff were especially friendly and helpful. They gave me useful advice for getting around, arranged a taxi when I needed it, and even provided an iron and ironing board, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. I did experience one small issue: for two nights, the family in the room next door were using their hot tub late at night and were quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, the other nights were completely peaceful, so it didn’t affect my whole stay. Overall, the building felt very safe, and the surrounding area felt safe too, even when walking around in the evening. Despite the brief noise issue, I really enjoyed my time here and would consider staying again for the great location and helpful staff.

WARNING - stay away from this property until they fix SEWAGE problems. I booked my stay with Welldone Sierpes for four nights. I was put in room 306. On night 1, I there was a really foul strong sewer smell from the bathroom area, which is open to the whole room. I could not sleep at all and was experiencing dizziness, nausea, and cough. The following day, I told reception and they said they’d fix it. When I returned to my room, the smell had improved but I later saw they had only added a plug-in air freshener and opened the window. That 2nd night, the same sewage gas returned and I had the same problems as the first - no sleep, nausea, dizziness, cough, etc. Because no one is at reception at night, I called the WhatsApp number to complain. At around 2AM, the night shift person came and agreed that the smell was foul. They moved me to a room next door but said I had to return to my old room by 11am that morning. I was so tired I fell asleep not noticing whether the room also smelled. The third day, they offered to move me to a upgrade me to room 207. But the same sewage smell was also in this room and was actually much stronger than the first. Management offered to cancel the last 2 nights of my 4-night stay and “refund” me the money for those 2 nights only. Eventually they refunded me the full stay. But please stay away from this hotel until they fix the sewer and pipes! Exposure to sewage fumes is very dangerous as sewage gas is poisonous and has neurotoxic affects!!

The room was super smelly. Foul sewage like disgusting odor in entire room, likely coming drom bathroom drain. We asked to change the room but they said they don't have any. The other aspects of cleanlyness were okay. The sofa bed mattress was not good and the rest of the bedding was worned out with holes. The people working there were super nice and professional.

The room itself was very nice. The bathroom needs to be updated/foxed/cleaned—bathroom door frame all cracked at the bottom, door handle fell off. Shower has black mould on the inside all around the bottom and outside of the shower door. Not really suitable for guest paying for this hotel but we did not have time to change the hotel as it was a short stay.
