Surrounded by water sits a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom mobile home on a beautiful PRIVATE & SECLUDED point on Douglas Lake. New Appliances, Bathrooms, Beds, Furniture, TV’s and Grill. New outside deck/porches. Includes a private dock and boat launch access with trailer parking and nature trails. Very easy to and from all the Great Smoky Mountain attractions. Just 20 min to downtown Sevierville, 30 min to Pigeon Forge, 40 minutes to Gatlinburg. Grocery, gas stations within 4 miles.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

We had a wonderful stay! This property was perfect for our family to gather and celebrate Easter weekend. We especially loved having access to the lake and the kayaks—they made the experience even more special.The property is on a steep incline, but at 56 and 60, my husband and I managed it just fine. The path down to the lake is well done and made it very manageable.Everything in the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared—truly had everything we needed.The only minor issue was that the pet fee wasn’t listed upfront. While it was very reasonable at 15 per day, it would be helpful for that to be disclosed ahead of time.Overall, it was a beautiful, relaxing place, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and auper private. Beautiful views from the covered porch. Even got a couple of sightings of a large bald eagle! Great dock to fish swim or kayake from. Even though the lake was very low, that made it much easier to access. Nice accomodation with plenty of room. Everything you could need for cooking and relaxing. Super convenient to visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville.

Solitude

What an amazing place to stay. If you are looking to be out the way, piece and quiet and enjoy the woods and lake this is it. You still are not far from the over populated areas like Pigeon or Gatlinburg but it's nice to come back and relax to quietness and have a camp fire and a glass of wine over looking the lake. I'm sure in summer, this place is gorgeous for swimming. We plan on coming back for sure. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. He is on a beautiful peninsula on the lake. We did try to fish but unfortunately didn't catch anything but that's okay. He does have a later to get in and out of the lake during warm months and a kayak which is very nice. The property is steep but it's not crazy steep also it was advised as so. Me and my toddler had no issues getting down to the dock. We loved the patio in the back over looking the lake. There are trails on the property too. We even found a lion mane mushroom.to cook up for dinner. If you need a place to recharge the batteries, this is it. Thank you again for having us ❤️ We will be back.

What a View!

We had a wonderful stay at Truman’s point. Spent a lot of time on the back deck, admiring the beautiful view of Douglas Lake. The property was very serene and peaceful, easy walking path to the water, and we found a path around the property for hiking. The location was wonderful, lots of stores nearby. The Home was very clean & updated and well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc. We would definitely rent again in the future. Thanks Truman!
