✶ We are unable to provide refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/road conditions/covid/illnesses/other things that are beyond our control.
✶ If you bring more than 8 people without host approval you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
✶ If you bring a pet, you will be charged an extra fee of 500.00 and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
✶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
✶ Be aware of bears! Do not leave trash out or feed them! Keep in mind black bears can open car doors so please do not leave open food/drinks as it attracts them.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a hot tub or take in the view from a garden. This cabin also features an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.

Great cabin with fantastic views!

The cabin was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the charcoal grill and sitting in the hot tub in the evening overlooking the mountains. The cabin was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very timely with communication. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway!

We loved our time at this cabin! It was exactly what our family was looking for. The cabin was immaculate and the Christmas decorations were so warm and inviting. A short drive to Pigeon Forge made everything so convenient. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the icemaker was a nice surprise too. The decor is so charming and we loved the coffee bar, the games, the pool table and everything this cabin offered!!

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful cabin nestled on a mountain top in Sevierville. Quiet and serene but within 15-20 min of all the action. The cabin is super clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Kyle and Shannah were so nice and communication was superb and timely. Our family will definitely be booking Majestic Views again.
