The Space:

Morning light settles over the surrounding hills, the wind whispering through the trees as you step onto the balcony and watch the mountains stretch toward the horizon. Inside, the glow of the indoor fireplace and the gentle hum of the heated pool create a warm cocoon for slow winter days. You can begin your morning with a swim in the 82‑degree indoor pool, then unwind in the hot tub as the snowflakes drift outside. Evenings gather around the fire pit, where stories and laughter echo against the crisp night sky.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, Alpine Splash offers five private bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces for up to twenty guests. The first‑floor bedroom features a queen bed and shares a bathroom with dual entry to the pool and theater areas. Two second‑floor guest suites each have a king bed; one includes an extra sleeper sofa, while the other shares its ensuite bathroom with the living room. The top level holds a guest suite with a king bed and another suite with a king bed plus a queen‑over‑queen bunk bed. The game room adds a twin‑over‑twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa, with access to a full bathroom.



Indoor amenities

A private indoor pool heated to 82 °F all year invites you to swim any time. The indoor theater boasts an 85‑inch TV and sound system for movie nights, while the game room is stocked with a console, arcade games, shuffleboard, and space for friendly competition. Children have their own playroom and theme room. Essentials include high‑speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, room‑darkening shades, washer, dryer, and heating and air‑conditioning throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The fully appointed kitchen on the second floor provides everything needed for large‑group meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, mini‑fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. Gather around the dining table after a day of exploring the area, and enjoy the convenience of dishes, silverware, and cooking basics at hand.



Outdoor living

Even in colder months the fire pit becomes a natural gathering place, and the balcony offers elevated mountain views. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill are ready for use when the weather allows.



Resort access

You share access to Smith Creek Reserve amenities such as a lazy river, infinity pool, communal hot tubs, outdoor movie theater, lifesize games, pickleball court, mini‑golf, cabanas, and a putting green. These shared spaces add variety throughout the year.



Neighborhood

Located just one mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, the chalet sits within the Smith Creek Reserve where roads are easy to navigate with no steep inclines or sharp turns. The setting remains peaceful despite its proximity to town, giving you a quiet mountain retreat between visits to nearby attractions.

Additional notes

The cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31, dates subject to availability. Construction on the resort is mostly complete but may generate limited noise; the home is well insulated. Military, veteran, police, and firefighter guests receive a 5 % discount when proof of service is provided, excluding major holidays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, excluding owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located just 1 mile from The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It's within the brand new Smith Creek Reserve luxury resort. The roads leading to this cabin are easy driving with no steep inclines nor sharp turns.



Other Things to Note:

The community amenity park is now open and available to the guest at no additional charge and it is included free with your stay.

We have 5 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 100 guests all within walking distance of each other and we also offer side by side cabins if you need more than 1 cabin. Ask us for additional info.



Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
