We stock bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, extra pillows and blankets, and starter toiletries for the first day or two — for longer stays, plan to pick up your preferred brands nearby.



Traveling with little ones? Fireplace guards and kids' tableware are on hand, and a high chair is available on request. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the whole house.



Free parking for up to 8 vehicles in the driveway, plus free street parking nearby if your group brings extra cars — no permits, no daily fees. A Level 2 Tesla EV charger (240V) is on-site, so you can plug in overnight and wake to a full charge. The driveway is paved and wide enough for trucks and SUVs.

If you’re interested in exploring the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park, many trailheads are just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests.



Self-check-in is via keypad — no key pickup, no coordinating arrival times. Starting November 1, confirmed guests must submit a valid photo ID and sign our Rental Agreement through our secure software, strictly to verify your booking.



Dogs are welcome — please keep them off furniture and clean up outside. Quiet hours (10pm-8am) apply, and occupancy must stay at or under 12 guests. No smoking inside. The hot tub is available throughout your stay — shower first and supervise children. Refunds processed outside of Airbnb carry a 6% fee.
