Easy to get to. Clean room. Lots of soap, lotion, etc. available. Great parking. Plenty of dining spots a very short walk away, including a grocery store! Staff friendly and very helpful.

Staff was kind, prompt and courteous. Elevator and hallway had an oder to them and hallway on 2nd floor to room had garbage/food waste scattered throughout. Could hear the guest above walking around their room, the child below screaming and the garbage truck outside emptying the dumpster at 430am. Secondary lock was broken off the door and you had to hold the drain plug up in order for the shower to drain. One small ice machine for the entire hotel, many cracked/broken tiles in front of the elevator and the bed frame to one bed squeaked upon every movement.

My stay at the hotel was below expectations in terms of cleanliness. The bathrooms and rooms were not as clean as expected, and there was an issue with water not draining properly from the bathtub. However, the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. With better maintenance and cleanliness, the overall experience could be much improved.

The room was small. The hair dryer didn’t work. The ironing board was broken and the iron had black gunk all over the bottom.

When we first arrived at the room door was standing open room had not been cleaned at all front desk clerk said they had no other rooms available we would have to wait after driving 5 hours to get here until they clean the room up only offered a bag with a few treats . Hotel.com did give $55 should have been $155 dollars rewards back to me on my next adventure but as far as sure stay it's just a glorified Days inn and we'll probably never stay again at one of their resorts or hotels. Very dissatisfied!!

They did not vacuum the hallways all week we were there. The carpet needed vacuumed as there was paper and lint on our 3rd floor. The breakfast was the same everyday. It was fresh but no fresh fruit like banana, apples or oranges. Only apple juice or lemonade for breakfast. The other Best Western hotels we've stayed in had better selections.

Pretty average best western hotel stay. We booked the hotel at 60 a night. The rooms need some updating and the lobby smells like a nursing home. Fight broke out at the gas station parking lot outside our window with police cars surrounding. Breakfast was just okay. Overall I'd say the price definitely reflects the quality of your stay here but for a cheap vacation it was doable

Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean and just what we needed to shower and get a good night's rest. The young man at check-in was so nice, and offered pool towels if we wanted to swim, which I did. It was cool but so refreshing after a day in the hot sun. We would stay here again.
