Booked a two night stay for a tournament. The heat unit had dust pouring out, the headboard wall was dusty and there was caked on dust all in the long light fixture above your head as you lay down. I was stuffy and sneezing all night. I did buy a cleaning spray and cleaned as much myself and the staff did replace the heat filter the next day as I requested. The doors are very loud and there was door slamming all through them night and also dumpsters being emptied at 4am outside the window which again woke us. Breakfast was 6-9am went down at 8am and the only thing there was a little bit of eggs stuck to the pan, strange sausage and waffle maker.and two end pieces of white bread. NO butter, NO yogurt, NO fruit, NO pastry No bread items. The second morning I asked the "breakfast worker" is this normal? He said if you don't come early you don't get anything. I understand you get what you pay for and in this case even the low price was too much.

Great location and easy access to convention center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Downfall, walls are very thin. The noise level in the room next to us was loud, you could hear them very clearly. Also lots of door slamming. It would rattle our door so bad to the point we got locked out of our room due to the safety bar inside moving, preventing us from opening our door when we got back from our event. Thank you to the kind front desk lady that helped get our door open.

In a good location however so would a box and a good blanket and arguably cleaner. The staff was helpful in trying to get a cleaner room than the one we started with but still wasn't the greatest. Bed was comfortable and front desk staff helpful that's about all i can say good about the place. Didn't get up for breakfast so can't say.

This is our go to place when we visit Dollywood. Great price but does not sacrifice quality. The staff is alway friendly and the breakfast is small but has the everything from eggs, sausage and waffles is always a must
