The first night we checked in we called up front saying that we needed new sheets and things for the bed because they had blood stains that had went through the whole bedding. The guy said he cant do anything about it but we can go back to the front desk and get some new sheets. My husband went down to get the bag and the guy threw it at him. I find this type of cleanliness and attitude very u professional.

The staff was great!!! The room was clean. Everything was great except the breakfast. Granted it was free but there was very little to choose from and the quality of the food was not good. We wound up having to go out and pay for breakfast everyday because it was so bad. If you don't ake that into account. We had a great stay for the money here.

Our room could certainly use some TLC. The shower curtain rod was falling down, so the curtain wouldn’t stay where you put it. The tub drain needed to be unclogged. The safety lock on the door was missing the half attached to the actual door, so it was useless.

It took 45 minutes for a person to come to the front desk I wasn’t the only one just standing there waiting then I man that worked there but could check no one in called me and the other customers liers for say we had been there that long and I even called the front desk phone in an attempt to get someone up front but nothing

Horrible!!! Woke up at 3am with 25 degree temp outside and no heat. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. You had to wait 10 minutes then turn the water on and wait again. The lights did not work. The tub dripped water the entire time. The floor was flithy. dirty. Told them when we left their response was to say they wrote it down . Will not ever be back.

They are lacking on staff as it was difficult to find someone at the front desk nor did they answer the front desk phone. Their staff is used for cleaning and whatever else, also. They have some maintenance issues and the place had a lot of families so it was not a quiet place day or night. Overall, the location is convenient, the staff is friendly, the parking is well lit, the breakfast, juices and coffee are good according to my husband. I only grabbed breakfast 1day although it came with our booking. The breakfast area was kept very clean by the staff in charge.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk staff is very friendly. The beds are very clean and comfortable. If I come back here in TN, I will book the same hotel.
