It was very quiet. The staff was very helpful. Our TV was not working and they sent the handyman up right away, once the front desk concluded it was not something that could be solved by them. The handyman knew what to do right away and replaced the box. It worked fine after that.

Get rid of Angie!!!

Angie was very rude when we arrived 15 mins before check in. We were told no rooms were ready yet, and told to wait until 3. We did so then at 3pm she proceeded to help a person in front of us who was waiting for a family member whom was renting the room. She proceeded with the other individual saying "well their catd is on file we can just check you in" to my knowledge the person renting the room and who owns the card can check in. Then another gentleman began to help us. He had tp physically go check if a room was even ready at this point. It was after 3 and I could not believe that after checking in online we had to go through all the steps and then some to get checked in. From that point forward Angie gave us an attitude and mean looks. we have chosen this Hotel everytime we come to visit family. We will be finding a buisness to work woth. The room was dirty feeling as i cokld not even walk without my shoes on the carpet. the door had dirty prints all over it. Your Hotel has went down in customer service and presentation everytime we visit it is worse. This was tge last time.

What i didnt like was the room is played to be this beautiful remodeled look and its not theres pee stains on the ac unit due to it being a pet friendly place and it smelled like pee i used a whole bottle of lysol spray to fix it the best way i could put it is a pig with lipstick is still a pig the one person of staff i had was a younger mexican guy super friendly he was great was always right at the front to greet me i had no issues whatsoever with the staff as for the outside area it looks good decent for the price you pay but the rooms could used more dusting the ac unit never seemed to cool down the room my daughter was sweating the whole night i did find 2 spiders in my room but thankfully no roaches considering there was many of them outside the property during the evening time its an affordable place to stay for a night

Lousy customer service at front desk, had to change rooms because of noisy A/C, room keys wouldn't work at times at room and ourside door, bathroom sink wouldn't drain, bed not real comfortable, no towel racks or hooks, overall not pleased, will not stay again.
