My flight was cancelled so I was not able to check in the day of my reservation. I had booked the room for 3 nights. I called the hotel that same day and told them I would be there the next day. I arrived at the hotel and they said I was counted a no show and they cancelled the reservation. They said I would have to make a new reservation at a much higher cost. I ended up staying somewhere else the 3 days. I am still trying to get a refund.

Stayed at this hotel with family over weekend. It was kind of okay to stay but not worth the price. Unfortunately, jacuzzi was not functional. Management should address it quickly for future guests. Rooms are smaller compared to Other hotels in the area. Coffee and infused water ran out before 10am in the morning, no refills available. Grab towel early for pool as soon as you checkin else you won’t get it.

Room reserved is listed as ADA accessible. Not much in the bathroom met ADA requirements. Almost impossible for wheelchair user to enter the bathroom. One of the main lamps had no bulb. Staff said he would return with one. He never came back. Breakfast options just ok.

The exterior lights need to be repaired on back of property very dark. Homeless were using rocks to keep secured side door open. Lots of updating needed for this property and several SAFETY issues as well. The pool was very cloudy and spa did not work/heat. Food was great and service was great. Several issues with our unit alone. And not happy refund of “incident fee takes days” to return

A welcome spot after a day of travel

After a day of travel, the Fairfield Hotel was a welcome respite. The rooms were well appinted and the service was very friendly. When we were staying there were several little league baseball teams also staying but the staff was able to accommodate all of us.
