The Hotel is currently under renovation however that did not affect our stay at all. Room a good size, bed very comfortable and tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Location was great and very quiet at night. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond in assisting us. A small hiccup with my room was rectified immediately. Plus they were friendly and great to have a chat with. I would love to see the finished renovation as I can imagine it to look very pretty.

Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The beer garden was nice to sit in, although some areas would benefit from a little tlc. The menu was average, but nice food. We would stay there again.

I stayed in a comfortable and spacious single room with a lovely view of Selby Abbey. Check-in was straightforward, and it was great that there was free parking. The location, in the centre of the town, was excellent. The room was a little over-warm for my taste, and wi-fi was extremely poor, with no internet connection.
