The location was good, though parking was difficult in the back alley. The room was quite hot, even on a cool day, and were it not for the ability to open the window and use a fan (already in the room) it would have been very comfortable. The condition of the room - new and clean - was very good.

Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights as we were going to York races for the day. It was perfect for us room was fabulous clean and modern and a great size. The self service check in was so easy and the self service breakfast was great. Limited free parking to the rear of the hotel was an added bonus. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again for the races next year 😊

Very clean hotel. Smells amazing! Great breakfast options and close to pubs, take away and a 5 min walk to Selby train station. Only down side to our stay was the room we were allocated (room 14) was up on the second floor and did not have a window, only a sky light. Gave it a claustrophobic vibe. The shower cubicle was also on the small side. Overall, I would go back but I would request a different room.

overnight stop.

Very modern and clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing it has obviously to be set up beforehand, and therefore limited, as there was no staff around to service it. I would much prefer there to be a manned reception rather than having to reply on mobile phone and codes for access. Having said that I would be pleased to use it again and can recommend it.
