Stayed in the Guy Fawkes room overlooking the outside restaurant terrace. The room was small but efficient. Nice walk-in shower and bed was comfortable. A fan was available as it did not have air conditioning but it did not need it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and everything was fresh and local. The breakfast shots (orange juice, ginger, turmeric) was delicious.

Wonderful old property. Breakfast was great. The hotel has beautiful features. The staircase inside is gorgeous. Lots of stairs so be prepared. The bar is fun and food good. Can’t beat the location if coming by train. Town is at your door, easily one of the most walkable location. Friendly welcoming staff.
