Overall this place was "fine." The Village of Oak Creek was a great place to spend Spring Break and the location of the home was wonderful. Also the pool brought so much fun and entertainment for us while we were visiting.We did not receive the 6 page rental agreement until the day of check-in. The document was long and much of the language used felt like asking for help would result in a fee. The owner provided many numbers for remedying any issues and listed the fees that each person would charge you. Because of this, we did not reach out for help and ultimately had issues unresolved on the trip.The home is in need of some upkeep and the overall rating of the place is misleading. There were many things in the home that did not function properly such as the sliding glass door to the backyard, the doors in the master closet, one microwave, and the refrigerator was in need of many repairs. The toilet area in the master bathroom had not been cleaned when we arrived and there were a load of wet sheets in the washing machine that we then had to wash and fold to do our own laundry. Overall, the home functioned well despite these things.
