All staff were genuinely kind, caring and helpful which was noticeable and much appreciated. Guest satisfaction and attention to detail is something the Wilde Resort & Spa management strongly believe in, and the extra effort pays off to make the difference between a "nice stay" typical of most hotels, and a "truly memorable experience" at the Wilde Resort which you talk about for several days afterwards. Everything from texting us that we can check-in early, to our time spent at the spa, a great room (my wife and I had a King suite), an amazing breakfast at the resort's Rascal restaurant, to checkout was truly a restful & relaxing get-away. Just the experience what you always hope for, but don't always receive, even at highly rated hotels. If you are in need of a real break from the grind and some down time to kick back and destress, we highly recommend the Wilde Resort & Spa. They'll show you how it's done. Max.

The grounds were nice. Great spot to hang out in the evening by one of 3 fireplaces. Rooms were good size and beds comfy. The showers could use a little extra attention but overall clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Central location was great. Spa wAs more of an energy experience than a dark calm one but I enjoyed my treatments. Best chocolate martini I've eve ever had was from Rascal's bar.

Expected more based on the ratings but the room, the restaurant, and our stay was just ok. They do have onsite activities, which is a nice touch, but we were there in Nov when it gets cold at night so offering a sound session, for example, at 7pm at their outdoor fire pits was uncomfortable and came with the distractions from the nearby traffic and guests. A shame because the guy leading the session was wonderful. The ladies leading the evening cacao/sound ceremony unfortunately only focused on the people sitting at one fire pit, and never invited nor included those sitting around the others. If they would have positioned themselves more centrally it would have been an inclusive experience for everyone present.
