This 3900 sf custom home is surrounded by gorgeous 360° Red Rock Views and you’ll have plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Ladies say they enjoy conversation in the front Living room, while the guys are watching football on the 85” Family Room TV. Great neighborhood for walking with a perfect blend of rolling hills and natural setting with close proximity to the Uptown amenities. Hill-top setting on a private street features views from every bedroom with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep and the views from the patios are simply amazing and perfect for stargazing!

Home Features to help you relax is a therapeutic 6 person private hot tub in which to pamper yourself after a day of sightseeing or hiking, Or perhaps you’d like to try out the wet steam room to relax those muscles. With 2 oversized partially covered Patios you'll want to spend hours with your friends and family enjoying conversations all while soaking in the beauty of the red rock scenery to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner al fresco with with a glass of wine. Primary suite is on the main level and has an en-suite bath with large walk-in shower, separate steam room, (2) Separate vanities. Bedrooms 2-4 are all upstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Two Separate Dining Spaces: Kitchen nook can seat up to (8), and formal Dining room has seating for (8). Outdoor back patio has seating for (8) and front Patio seating for (6). Front Living has 11' ceilings and gorgeous Red Rock views w/Gas Fireplace, Main Family Room features 10' Beamed Ceilings with an 85" LED/Smart TV and (2) sets of patio doors.

Hiking and Mountain Biking-1/4 mile hike to Javelina trailhead, which interlaces with the Soldier Wash trail system allowing links to Crusty, Adobe Jack and Soldier Pass loops. 308 Elevation change.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, with stunning views and top-notch amenities. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax and unwind after our hikes. Amazing property! Nancy thought of everything—kitchen is fully stocked, with every cooking tool you could need. Home furnishings and bedding are really high quality, and so comfortable. Amazing house with fabulous views

I celebrated my 60th birthday with 4 friends. The house was more beautiful than the pictures on line. The location is great, close to everything. And the views - wow! The house is fantastic inside and out. They have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing time.

Girls Trip

The owner of the property was SO responsive. Any message I sent (before or during the stay) she responded to within a few minutes. House was great. Location is perfect (walking distance to stores and restaurants). You can’t beat the view from the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house - highly recommend

The house was in a great location - close to shops, hiking trails, wineries and attractions. The house is even better than the pictures and description. We had a large group (7 adults) and the house was spacious and perfect for a large group. It was also so well stocked with everything needed for a week stay. Host is extremely responsive. I highly recommend!

Wow! This house was absolutely FABULOUS! It was close to restaurants & shopping, the area was beautiful! The scenery all around the house was amazing of all of the red rock mountains! The hot tub was very clean, the entire house was decorated so nice! Everything about this house was perfect! We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Spot in Sedona

My sisters and I travel a lot and enjoy VRBO vacations. This home was perfect for our first stay in Sedona. The kitchen was very well stocked which my sisters and I enjoyed as we love cooking together. The close walk to town allowed us to enjoy dinner/drinks and walk home. Family Gathering in Sedona

Chic Uptown home does not do it justice! Beautiful home, nicely appointed, and very convenient to the village. This home is very comfortable and provides the perfect set up for a family gathering. We enjoyed walking to the village, visiting with one another by the fire in the evening, star gazing, and sunset/sunrise views. The host was responsive and check in process was seamless. A five star stay!!

Fabulous Vacation

Rhis property was amazing. It had plenty of space and enough bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very well stocked with every essential and very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there.
