Room was very comfortable and relaxing. Location is very convenient as well. We didn't bring our dog but the hotel was very pet friendly with a nice dog park, we will have to bring next time!

Bed was comfortable and the living area was spacious. We really enjoyed the gas fire place in the evenings. The pool and hot tub area was nice and relaxing. Only thing I can see that would improve stay would be coffee and creamer in the lobby….😁

I traveled with family and friends family. Property was very clean and staff were very friendly and nice. My friends family enjoyed hot tub and pool after hiking and rainy day. Bathroom were very tiny but put sink on outside of BR helped .

Staff was amazing! Checking in was no problem, they had a welcome sign with the name of the pets that were staying there. The room was super cool and clean! Totally staying here again next time!

A very nice property. Rooms were clean and ample space. Relatively quiet. Staff was very friendly, but seemed understaffed to handle breakfast crowd. Good location. Pet friendly and very good pet area to walk dogs. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Disappointed for $400/Night

$400/night = very disappointed overall. Unfortunately the hotel has some things that are misleading and outright dishonest. First, their “Free continental breakfast” is not accurate. They have pictures of items claiming it’s apart of the free breakfast, but when you arrive for breakfast they tell you the free breakfast is only a free yogurt and splash of granola. (Not the avocado toast, burrito, etc shown in pictures) We sat down for breakfast and waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and asked if we’d been helped. The rooms were sub-par for a 3 star rating. I travel a ton for both work and pleasure and I rely heavily on reviews and will only choose the highest rated places and that is why I feel the need to leave an honest review of our experience on 10/05/25

The hotel was very clean! They also offer free classes every night, we did the sound bath which was very relaxing. We were a short drive away from Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village which is worth checking out. We were also only a mile from off-road adventures if you want to ride through the mountains. The breakfast was amazing! People came from other hotels just to have breakfast here as they heard it is the best, and it was! Would definitely come back.
