Staff and room was great. Don’t charge me an extra $16/night when I get there once I’ve already booked. Is it included in the fine print in listing? Yup. But there is no reason this can’t be in the total price.

There is a nightly resort fee charged in addition to the nightly rate. Our room smelled like greasy food had been cooked. We notified the office but there were no other rooms available. Room was cleaned the next day but no change in the odor. Room size and amenities were good.

The sleeper sofa was broken and I couldn’t lift it to use the bed. Also, bedding was stored in bedroom and my travel companion was asleep with the door closed. So I had no bedding or covers or anything to stay warm. A check out I’ll let your staff know and they said that I should’ve called. It was midnight. I thought it was closed. Have they mentioned that if we had any problems that we could call at any time I wouldn’t have lost sleep and been cold through the night. All I got was I’m sorry ruining my day for enjoying sightseeing. No discount was offered nor any type of compensation. Like let us make it up to you. Here’s a return voucher for free room stay.

Everything is great! The outdoor swimming pool is heated up to 85F, and the heated tub is 102F, great even for chilling evenings. I wish they provide slippers in addition to the swimming towels. I especially like the kitchen in the suite. They provided pots, utensils and cleaning supplies. The location is great too, very close to trailheads and right on the scenic drive.
