Hotel is in a great location . We had a nice room facing the mountains. Room was comfortable but the downside is that they don’t clean the room everyday, so we came back to unmade beds, unclean bathroom and trash not emptied! They should have alerted us at check in.

The location is great, outside of all the city noise with really nice mountain views for both sunset and sunrise. The room is really nice as well. My only complaint is the customer service. From the initial greeting from the check-in staff, I was consistently made to feel like I was a bother and was not welcome. There may be only one or two front desk people throughout my stay who are nice and cordial, but the rest just seemed unhappy to be working there. I tried to cancel that negative energy by being overly smiley and positive, but to no avail. There were several occasions where our room wasn’t cleaned when we specifically asked for it to be cleaned. After a long day of hiking with a family of four, to come to hotel room at 3 PM and nothing was cleaned Was a huge disappointment. We had specifically asked the day before if the roof could be cleaned before 1:30 PM and it was ignored several times. It wasn’t until our last day where they finally got it right. Overall, we like the property and the views, but don’t expect a friendly staff.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the Red Rocks with amazing views. They have a look out deck to watch the sunrise and each room has a deck to allow you to watch sunrise or sunset depending on location of the room. The hotel is beautiful with excellent service. We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle service but seemed like a great service to take people to trail heads and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sedona.
